Orders and payment

You will receive an email confirmation once your order is received.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.
All prices are in EUR (€) and subject to change without notice.

Processing and delivery
Orders are processed within 5 business days and typically delivered within 2 weeks.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Rates and free shipping
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Free shipping on orders over €150.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties on international orders.

Tracking
If your order includes tracking, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Allow up to 48 hours for updates to appear.

Lost or delayed packages
If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please check with your local carrier.
If it remains missing, contact us at januarylight@januarylight.com and we will help file a claim.
For significantly delayed packages, reach out and we will assist.

Right of withdrawal and returns
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, contact us at januarylight@januarylight.com with your name and order reference.
Once you have notified us, return the item within 14 days.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless we made an error.
Items should be returned in the condition received. 
We reserve the right to deduct value from your refund if the item shows signs of excessive use.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.
Shipping fees are non-refundable except where we made an error.
Non-returnable items: personalized or custom-made items, unsealed underwear or swimwear, final sale items.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 2 days and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Liability
