These Terms and Conditions govern your use of januarylight.com and any purchases made through our store. By accessing or using our site, you agree to these terms.

GENERAL TERMS
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most recent version will always be available on our website.

ORDERS AND PAYMENT
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is received. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors. All prices are in EUR (€) and subject to change without notice.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are processed within 5 business days and typically delivered within 2 weeks. Free shipping on orders over €150. We are not responsible for carrier delays. Customers are responsible for any customs duties on international orders.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, use the withdrawal form at https://shopify.com/84535214408/account or contact us at januarylight@januarylight.com with your name and order reference. You will receive a confirmation email.
Once you have notified us, return the item within 14 days. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless we made an error. Items should be returned in the condition received. We reserve the right to deduct value from your refund if the item shows signs of excessive use.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return. Shipping fees are non-refundable except where we made an error.
Non-returnable items: personalized or custom-made items, unsealed underwear or swimwear, final sale items.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 2 days and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
