Below are the details of our shipping process, estimated delivery times, and other important information.

1. Processing & Shipping Times
Orders are processed within 5 business days (this includes order verification, payment confirmation, and packaging).
Once processed, orders are shipped and typically arrive within up to 2 weeks.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable) once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Free shipping is available for orders over €100.
Customs duties and import taxes (for international orders) are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Order Tracking
If your order includes tracking, you will receive a tracking number via email once your package has shipped.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

4. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Lost Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please check with your local carrier or neighbors. If it remains missing, contact us at clohes@clohes.com, and we will assist you in filing a claim.
Delayed Packages: Shipping delays may occur due to high demand, customs processing, or courier issues. If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us for further assistance.
