PROCESSING AND DELIVERY
Orders are processed within 5 business days and typically delivered within 2 weeks. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped.

RATES AND FREE SHIPPING
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Free shipping on orders over €150. Customers are responsible for any customs duties on international orders.

TRACKING
If your order includes tracking, you will receive a tracking number by email. Allow up to 48 hours for updates to appear.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please check with your local carrier. If it remains missing, contact us at januarylight@januarylight.com and we will help file a claim. For significantly delayed packages, reach out and we will assist.
